Addiction in Children (Breaking the cycle)

If there is one thing every parent fears (even if they won't say so) is their child become a drug user, abuser, addict. And a parent in recovery fears it even more. Why do I say this? Because we KNOW exactly how horrible this disease is, and that our children are at a higher risk than the child of a family with no history of addiction. I also know because my youngest daughter is a recovering addict. The very thing I prayed would never happen, did! I am grateful that she is in recovery and has almost 10 months clean as I write this.

One of the primary goals for starting my education and consulting business is to try to help parents avoid the heartbreak of addiction in one of their children.
