It is for information only.  If you don't see a facility listed in your state, it's because I could not find one stating they treat health care providers. Please send me any information if you know of a facility that treats health care professionals (email address below).

If you, a family member or a colleague are abusing alcohol, prescription medications, or illegal drugs, contact the nearest treatment facility for an evaluation and possible admission to a treatment program. If you think the person is a threat to themselves or others, please take them to the nearest emergency room for evaluation and/or protection.
